Traditional Chinese dress in a super unique gray wool tweed Cheongsam style. I've never seen one in this fabric before. No material tag but feels like wool, could be wool blend. Lined. No brand tag looks custom made Ask for measurements Area in back where fabric is slightly different in the tweed.
