It contains both printing varieties of S...cott number 1040* Woodrow Wilson. The Rotary Press stamps are perf. 11 x 10½. The stamps are from the Liberty Series sheet set which ran from 1954 to 1968. Scott insists that the color variations are distinct and common, and has priced them accordingly. As with many color varieties, identification is problematic, but rest assured our stamps are correct. All of the definitive regular issues were dry-printed. The rose carmine stamps paid the Return Receipt fee beginning 1954 and the Air Mail rate beginning 1958. Wilson met other rates including Surface Post and was used in combination with other stamps throughout the 1950s and 1960s. *In 2015 Scott changed many Liberty catalogue numbers after a half century.
