Smallenvelope sent locally ("her" in address, i.e. here) in Odense andstruck with an Odense slogan datestamp on 11/2/1937. This translates as "Postgirosaves time and money". The letter has been franked with a 4 øre adhesivewhich was the first tier local printed matter rate from 1/7/1930 to 30/6/1940. Localpostage on printed matter was abolished from 1/7/1946.Unsealedenvelopes containing printed matter, for example invitation cards, could besent at the printed matter rate. Pleases...ee illustrations.
