Colombia Scott 754 // 769 in Mixed (MNH/MH/Used) condition as shown in the scan(s). Scans are part of the description; but, please ask questions for clarification if needed. Stamp catalog numbers and values can change dramatically over time, so please ask questions.
Scott #s 762 and 768 - 769 are MNH.
Handling & Shipping Charge: USA: I will combine all lots won within a two week period, and charge only the highest H&S charge of all lots wo...n, paid for, and shipped in one transaction. I expect and request payments within a two week period. Please feel free to accumulate more purchases within that time frame. I generally use eBay shipping labels, with tracking, for proof of shipment/delivery. USA bidders: Buy, pay, and ship $100 or more in one transaction (within the two week period) and the H&S charge will be waived.
Out of country sales: I subscribe to eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP). If you live within a country that participates in the GSP, I will ship there pursuant to the rules of the GSP. If you live within a country that is not a GSP participant, an additional $15 will be charged for registration fees and to cover costs. I will ship via eBay's Global Shipping Program as a first priority, and only to those countries outside the GSP provided buyer pays for and accepts registered mail. Other suggestions for shipment may be considered - please contact me prior to placing a bid. Small packages without tracking/insurance can be shipped solely at the risk of the buyer. Seller will provide a USPS Certificate of Mailing to prove seller's shipment to buyer, and seller accepts no risk thereafter. Please inquire.
Returns: USA: Large lots with many stamps included are not accepted as returns, as there simply isn't enough time to personally inspect every stamp within large lots/accumulations. Please consider this as you place a bid. I will accept returns for single stamps, single sets, and similarly sized lots, in which I have made an error. The listing will indicate if returns are accepted for that lot. International lots can not be returned.
