As per scan, the 1970 Commonwealth Games 1/9d value, in a complete sheet of 120 stamps, with margins and cylinder and traffic light markings. Never hinged mint with no perf separation, no dot cylinder. Folded once horizontally and again vertically, by the GPO on distribution to Post Offices.
