11 Sep 1941 interesting cover from Tromso via Oslo (15 Sep) with Victory Slogan Cancel and 10 ore Victory stamps. Below the slogan cancel is written "410/2" in pencil, which is believed to be a Norwegian censor's notation. German censor tape and markings used at Berlin, as per scans.
