This is a beautiful example of an early Polish Regulation Air Force Dress Dagger Model 1954. The Dagger is mounted with a plain blade that measures 9 inches in length. Although the blade remains in very nice condition it does have a small bend at the extreme tip that could be remedied in the right hand. The hilt is simple in design and wears beautiful silvered fittings that have now very nicely blue patined with age. The leather scabbard wears equally beautiful silvered coordinating fi...ttings and remains very nice in its condition as well. The Dagger overall measures 14 5/8 inches in length.
