VERY RARE 1942 Austria (German Occ) Postcard "Vienna Parliament" ties 6 Pfg stampWW2 era postcard with black and white photo on front of the Parliament Building in Vienna. Stamp is 6 Pfg violet Hitler, cancelled Vienna with propaganda cachet "First Win, then Travel". Card sent to Oderberg, Germany. Slight wear to edges. Condition as per photos.
