Vintage Thuringian Razor Sharpening Stone German Water Hone Escher type. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
The drill-holes were a marketing gimmick from the early 20th century. They're supposed to prevent over-honing. They don't do anything practically, but it is a neat little collectors piece, as there aren't many surviving with them. They only go ~1/3 of the way through the stone, so you could easily flip it over and use the backside if you don't like them.
S...tone is a light green or yellow green to my eyes and very soft. Great condition
