1947 US APO 917 Shanghai, China to New York Prexies Fwded with 1948 China Christmas Seal

 1 1/2c Martha W. coil Prexy, for I guess printed matter rate;  International Machine cancel US Army Postal Service Dec. 8, 1947 4 pm with a Brooklyn NY machine backstamp of Jan. 6, 1948.  Since it was sent printed matter, it needed 1st class additional postage to be forwarded, so the 3c prexie was added in NY.

The Chinese 1948 Tuberculosis xmas seal is "tied" by a smud...ge of ink

Cover has light aging, and wear and back flap is missing
