Completing the 8.4¢ precancel Bureau city type coil set is difficult in MNH. There are 145 different city overprints! Mint never hinged Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) precancels are less common than their philatelic counterpart. There is renewed interest in mint never hinged precanceled USA material from this era.
