Antique Handel Hand Painted Lamp Shade Early 1900s Rustic Design

Signed original Handel lamp shade. I am not sure about the base. It has a replaced light socked at the bottom piece as been reworked and the light does work. The base is definitely designed for this shade. It's from the early 1900s as it was my grandparents but I can't locate any information on it.
The hand painted glass shade is signed and is in excellent condition. There seems to maybe be a little dirt underneath one of the sides but barely noticeable b...ecause of the pattern.
