This is a vintage Effanbee baby doll by Dy Dee Baby. She has a very sweet face with shiny, rosy cheeks, red lips, and a hole in her mouth for a bottle. She measures approx. 20" long and she has applied ears. I don't see any damage to the applied ears and her fingers and toes look great. She has a plastic head (at least I think it is plastic) and a rubber body. She is in pretty good condition for her age. She could use a bath since she has a coupl...e dirt marks especially on her feet and a mark on her nose (I did not try to clean her). The doll has some flaking of the rubber on her arms (see up close photo). Her head, arms, and legs move as they should. Her eyes open and close freely.
