Rare little 4.5" BABY TUFUMS Louis Amberg all bisque doll. Marked : Baby Tufums LA & S and numbered 111 Germany. The limbs are also numbered 111 to match the number of the doll. Fully jointed (HEAD TOO) with a nice bent limb body. The doll has no chips, breaks or repairs - but I believe the mark on it's tummy is a very faint hairline that hasn't broken through (see pic) - Paint fade typical of these old dolls. When researching this do...ll I found information on the "Worthpoint" website. They state this to be a rare and hard to find doll. I wasn't able to find one for sale or having sold on any of the auction sites I'm familiar with. I'm also listing Amberg's MIBS baby following this listing - so take a peek at my other auctions! ***** . The little blanket he is holding is actually a dress belonging to another doll and not included with this auction *******
