For sale is a vintage, scarce metal souvenir building replica of the Halle Cathedral (Basilica) in Halle (Hal), Belgium. It is not listed in Monumental Miniatures and is quite scarce.
It measures 3" front to rear and is 3 1/4" to the tip of the front spire. It's difficult to say for sure, but the rear spire might have lost a tiny portion of its tip, since it feels a bit rough.
One side reads: "Halle de Basilek" while the other side reads: "Hal la Basilique". The ...model rests on a piece of tile 2 3/4" x 2 3/4".
