Auction(s) shipped upon receipt of payment. eBay policies compel me to INCREASE U.S.P.S. POSTAGE because EFFECTIVE JUNE 2017 eBay WILL REQUIRE TRACKING ON 95% OF U.S. ORDERS, TRACKING IS A U.S.P.S. PARCEL POST SERVICE WITH A MINIMUM COST OF $2.68 WHICH WILL MAKE ME INCREASE MY U.S. SHIPPING COST. LIKEWISE I WILL HAVE TO USE A U.S.P.S. TRACKING LABEL INSTEAD OF POSTAGE STAMPS. This policy is pushing low-end retail U.S. hobby collector sellers & buyers out of the marketplace (sorry U.S. collectors you are not protesting loud enough!). Once eBay was the perfect place to sell stamps, first day of issue covers, other historic postal covers, postcards, obsolete currency, and other flat paper ephemera. Now U.S. buyers will pay more S/H than foriegn buyers. eBay policies no longer favor hobby sellers who could sell flat items at more reasonable prices for more reasonable S/H fees.
