CONDITION: Rare cover with a New Saybrook circular date stamp and target cancels on three one cent Franklin banknote stamps mailed to Washington Heights, New York City. New Saybrook post office was discontinued on Nov. 2, 1874 so this cover predates that. The cover was opened along left edge somewhat roughly.
