Up for auction is a Vintage Original Janis Joplin Black Light Poster, it is an excellent find. It features Janis Joplin, and is in good overall condition. This Vintage Rock Poster measures approx 22.5" x 34.5". It will be the perfect addition to your collection or be the perfect gift for that special collector in your life. It was designed by Dail M. Beeghly and produced for Creative Posters Inc Kensington MD. Bright day-glo colors. The image area is in very good condit...ion - small tear in the hair upper left when looking at picture I have pictured the tear both front and back. Slight creasing visible on front but doesn't distract from the image, Border has some slight tears and tape residue. Also a tear on upper left border Less than an inch I tried to photograph but is not so noticeable in the picture. Very presentable - you could mat it tightly to cover the slight tears and tape residue and still display the full image area - it would look great. This is an original period poster, not a later copy. The poster designer did posters of the Beatles, Janis Joplin, Led Zeppelin and others in the late sixties, early seventies period.
