RARE 1852- Great Britain Pair of Dumfries Courier one penny Newspaper Stamps UsedDuty stamps payable on newspapers , which was paid by the newspaper publisher and shown by a red stamp directly applied to the paper or wrapper. Both of these stamps are for the Dumfries Courier newspaper. Slight toning and wear. Condition as per photos.
