Vintage 1950s 10 1/2" Ideal Little Miss Revlon Brunette Doll #9051 Scotch Dress.This Little Miss Revlon is a pretty doll with long brunette rooted hair pulled away from her ace. She has pretty hazel eyes, lovely painted features and wears a tagged red and plaid dress # 9051, hat, red Revlon purse and red heels. She was produced by Ideal Toy Corp.from 1958-60.From the Doll Reference Site:1958-1960 Ideal Little Miss Revlon doll, 10 1/2" tall, vinyl head, strung bod...y, jointed, sleep eyes, rooted hair in several styles, pierced ears and high heel feet. Marked on head: VT 10 1/2. Many Costumes. She has a teenage body, with high heel feet and is jointed at the neck, shoulders, waist, and hips. Little Miss Revlon has rooted brunette hair, hazel sleep eyes with molded lashes, corner painted lashes and painted lips. She was produced wearing toe and finger nail polish. She is strung tightly. She does not have earrings or green ear. Her pretty costume includes the tagged Scottish dress #9051 matching hat, Revlon purse and heels. Underneath she is wearing her formfit girdle. She does not have bra or hose. MARK:on her head: Ideal Doll VT 10 1/2.MEASUREMENTS: 10 1/2" tall.She will ship Priority Mail wrapped in tissue and craft paper at about 16 oz.
CONDITION:Very good lightly played with condition. Doll has nice color, facial paint and good painted features. Nice molded lashes and working sleep eyes that look a tiny bit cloudy. Hair is thick and pulled away from her face. Looks like the original set. No missing hair plugs. Perfect fingers and toes. Missing some nail polish. No earrings- a tiny, tiny dot of green ear in each ear. You can coat new earrings with clear nail polish and insert them in her ear holes if you want her to have earrings. Even skin tone with a few tiny stains. She has small pink stains on her ankles. Her stringing is tight. She can hold a pose. Her costume is tagged and clean. I do not see any rips, stains or repairs. Both snaps work. She has LMR girdle and purse.Costume includes the matching hat and red heels. Odor free.
