I have been collecting Squat Bulldogs for I guess 30 years now. My favorite pipe shape. I never counted them...maybe 90. I have been blessed in that I have humbly accepted awards from The Conclave Of Richmond Pipe Smokers Pipe Show for 'Best Pipe Collection' and the pictures shown were from the infamous Chicagoland Pipe Show... voted 'Best Educational Display'. I am selling many of them here on Ebay starting today. My focus was 'historical significan...ce', and/or supreme excellence of workmanship. You won't find any 'seconds' here..lol. If Squats and Rhodesians are favorable to you too, stay tuned for the Squat Bulldog emails. Lawdogpipes reconditioned all of them so they are in EXCELLENT condition.........Today I am offering a Rare 'Sasieni' 2-dot Squat bulldog.. One of, if not, the best smoking, collectible English briar second only to Dunhill. But we 'veteran' Sasieni disciples know that. Sasienis have so much held their value, worth for many years now.. I have '2-dots' that are better grained than '4-dots'. As is this piece. There are NO FILLS. The grain is symmetrical, perfect on both sides of the bowl and shank. Seriously undergraded. I smoked it with Virginia Flakes.. but has not been smoked for probably 10 years so it will smoke Incredible for you! There are NO scratches, dents, rim char and tooth chatter anywhere.. And she is over 40 years old!! Overall length: 5 9/16. in., bowl height: 1 5/8 in., with a rim diameter at its widest point: 1 3/4 inches and tobacco chamber diameter: 7/8 in. making the pipe a classic Dunhill Group 4 'O' size in size. I certainly will miss this Sasieni piece of wonderful English pipe making excellence
