Up for auction is a 1970's Whites Electronics Inc. Gold Master model 66TR Mineral and Medal Detector. This works and sounds great. Has quit of few scratches and small dings and could maybe use some more deep cleaning. The person I bought this from told me this was just serviced. Looks like it was set up to take two 9 volt batteries. This does work very well with a depth range of amybe 4 to 5 inches but not 100 percent positive. This will detect gold ...when dialed in. All the buttons work. I have tested it out but not much since I don't have anywhere to medal detect. It's printed on the sides " Gold Master Mineral and Medal Detector Whites Electronics Inc. Sweet Home, Oregon". The box on it measures 14 1/8" + 4 7/8" + 4". Total weight is 5 pounds. Batteries not included.
