Offered is a rare set of two cold painted metal nodders- it's Punch and Judy!!  The infamous pair are sitting on what look like buckets and are each playing a stringed instrument.  Punch is 3" tall and Judy is 2 1/2" tall. They are hollow cast figures of pot metal and/or perhaps lead or pewter.  Popular toys more than a hundred years ago and probably from Germany.   Could be Heyde, but are not marked.  Please see photos for a detailed showing of paint loss... from all sides.
