Two Panels of Vintage Burgundy and Creme Colored Toile Curtains, DIY Project
These are fabulous curtains that are part of a large vintage lot used in a movie. Please see my other auctions for more beautiful toile window treatments and surplus yardage in burgundy and creme. If you like the pattern of these vintage beauties, you may cut from the top to eliminate yardage that may be faded from age. The quality of the cotton toile is wonderful. These panels hold their form unlike thinne...r, inexpensive toile yardage.
The fabric design is pastoral, classic landscapes with boughs, trees, blooms, logs and vines, and girls in various states of repose on a swing, a tree stump or in conversation. The panels are long drapery treatments with finished hems in 100% cotton toile.
The ruffled valance is 112 inches wide and 8.5 inches high. Each panel is 64 inches wide and 126 inches high. Some areas show signs of fading near the top.
