Beautiful platinum blonde Patti Playpal doll by Ashton Drake in original black velvet dress,   socks, shoes and bloomers.   She stands 35 inches tall and her hair is in excellent condition.  She does have some dark spots on the underneath of her forearms from her dress I think,   as well as some light spots as pictured but you can only see them if you lift her arms up and look underneath
