Vintage 40s WWII Green Summer Day Dress Polka Cotton Frock Puff Sleeves

An original 1940s handmade novelty print in green with black polka dots, clovers and tiny rick rack trim. This is an original dress of the post WWI era. A slightly higher waist with an A-line skirt and sash to tie in the back. In overall good very sound and clean condition. There is some wear and very minor soiling at the hemline which could be washed and removed. I have not attempted to wash. There is one small dark stain that blends i...n well with the polka dots in the front (see pics). It is smaller than a pencil eraser. There is a very light stain/soiling on pocket, hard to see unless under bright lights. There is a very teeny tiny loosened thread at the dart section of the bust. Please see last 3 pictures for details.Overall in VERY good condition for age!
The small rick rack detail at the puff sleeves and puff pockets is very sweet!
