RARE VINTAGE 1930S ROSEVILLE POTTERY ART DECO ARTS & CRAFTS VASELaurel Pattern #674-9.25 in ochre yellow and black9 1/2 inches high, 1934 design“Laurel” was a middle period pattern introduced by Roseville Pottery in 1934. Laurel in yellow is very popular with Art Deco collectors. Typically marked with foil labels, some examples have hand-written shape numbers. The Roseville factory stock page shows 13 Laurel shapes, including this tall, heavy, generous vase, #674-9.25.With the ...exception on two small chips on the rim and superficial age-crazing as shown, this handsome vase is in very good used vintage condition. The chips are located above one of the lug handles on the side, so the vase displays very well and the damage doesn’t show much. No foil label remains.
