Unfortunately with some clocks it is not a matter of unpacking them, putting the pendulum on and away they go, some clocks will need the extra adjustments and setting into beat so please remember this before bidding. Most clocks will be ok and will not need any additional adjustments but please bear in mind this may not be the case. Any clocks returned because of setting up issues or adjustments needed after transit then a fee will be applicable. For your piece of mind we test all our clocks here before they are sent out and any issues are either sorted or described in the add, the clock will not have any problems as they are tested vigorously before sending. Please read my full terms and conditions by clicking on the returns tab above. Good luck and happy bidding  PLEASE NOTE: I have just received some excellent quality bracket clocks from a private collection all of which have been well looked after all of which will be listed over the next few weeks. Some excellent quality bracket clocks please keep your eyes open over the next few months  THE CASE This clock is a high quality English vintage electro-mechanical skeleton clock. It screams quality and has all the features one wants to see in an English electric clock, the clock displays beautifully under its original bevelled glass and brass case

This clock is constructed with 2 turned twist pillars which give the stunning portico skeleton design, the clock has a mahogany base which has a inlaid drawer to the front that holds the power pack to power the fully mechanical movement. On the drawer front it has a plaque which reads John Cartmell of Thornton-Le-Fylde 1992.

The clock skeleton movement is protected by having its original brass framed display case which is separated by thick bevelled edge glass panes all of which are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or any damage THE DIAL The clock features a high quality silvered chapter ring dial with roman numerals and original hands. The dial is in good clean condition measuring 6 inches diameter, on the brass platform there is a level which you can get perfectly level using the brass adjustable feet

THE MOVEMENT The movement is a high quality electro-mechanical movement which means the movement is all mechanical just driven by 2 x d 1.5v batteries The movement was in full working order when removed from property however it now requires 2 new batteries The clock comes with its original pendulum but will need the batteries to power the movement

MEASUREMENTS The clock measures an impressive 15.75 inches high x 10.75 inches wide x 9 inches deep and looks super impressive wherever it is displayed
This is a very rare electro mechanical clock and a perfect investment clock and a beautiful display piece all totally original with the quality being second to none and will only significantly grow in value over the years to come
