Vintage 1950's portrait brooch, depicting a 19th century style French beauty in blond curls & blue dress, the decoration is transferware on an oval slightly convex porcelain plaque, set in a goldtone bezel mounting, the plaque is marked Limoges France on the back, measuring 2-1/4" x 1-3/4", condition: one slight scratch through her proper right eyebrow, from a local estate.
