Bought from the estate of an electronics repairman. Comes with Manual. I tested the unit and it appears to be working 100 percent. It may need new internal NI-CAD batteries. I do not quite understand how the batteries work, but it does have an attached cord and you can plug it in. I am including a new set of test leads, not shown. Manual is very detailed both as to operation and maintenance, schematics, test, calibration, etc.
