Vtg. True Temper Flint Edge - Kelly DOUBLE BIT AXE - 3 1/2 Lb Muskegon, MI

Up for bids is a vintage double bit axe marked "True Temper - Flint Edge - Kelly Works" on one side a "3 2" on the opposite side. The length of the head (there is no handle) is 9 1/2 inches and cutting edges measures 4 5/8 inches across. Weight is likely around 3 pounds 8 ounces for the head....the axe, with the handle included, weighs 4 pounds 8 ounces. The condition is very nice with no pitting and only some minor dings. The 33 inch long axe handle is stamped "City of Muskegon".... If you don't want the handle I will cut it off if you ask and will be able to ship the axe with less expense to you.
