VTG BEAUTIFUL HAND WATERCOLOR SILK ARTIST SIGNED BIRD PEONY FLOWERS ART BROCADE TEXTILE CHINESE
This is a very pretty hand done watercolor on silk surrounded by a beautiful brocade ribbon border that compliments the piece. Silk is framed in a sturdy frame and is behind glass.
Silk is in wonderful condition without holes, rips or stains. No fading or sun damage! Well cared for!
Paint is just beautiful without fading. The piece has a small rust colored bird perched above on a br...anch with two peony flowers in bloom below. One flower is white and the other is yellow.
Gold tone brushed metal frame with an ornate brass scroll on the top marked Hong Kong.
Frame is in good shape with minimal wear like light surface wear minor imperfections consistent with age, preowned display and storage. No breaks or bends. Has a hanging wire on back. Ready to hang!
Glass is in tact without clouding, cracks, breaks or chips.
Framed the piece measures approximately 12 inches across by 24 inches high (brass scroll on top adds approximately another 2 inches).
