WW2 1950s Coast Guard Commissioning Pennant Coast Guard Estate No 7 ?

This is a very rare and unique item it is a WW2 or 50s era coast guard commissioning pennant this one is a NO 7 maybe ? which is a fairly rare size! Condition is shows some age and wear this one might have been flown I am not totally sure! It has some moth nips and spots were it wore through though overall it is excellent condition wise! These have gotten very hard to find! This was found in the estate of an 84 year old coast guard veteran after he passed away he served in the 50s and ...60s possibly earlier we just dont know. He did definatly serve in the coast guard at a couple of lighthouse on the new England coast between 1955-60! The seller said he might be able to acquire more information! If he does it will be provided to the buyer or added to the listing! Thanks for looking
