This is on a RARE NEIL FAIRCLOTH H...AND PAINTED CACHET, in excellent condition. The cachet shows an illustration of of an actor with Welles in the background. This is SIGNED AND NUMBERED BY THE CACHET ARTIST, NO. 12 OF 40. That's all that were made so get it here now while you can!
The postmark is DOBBINS AFB, GA, FEB 18, 1999. This is a great looking Cover. And you just might get it here at my usual low starting bid!
