Czechoslovakia, Beautiful selection of stamps issued in 1983 - 1984 in Mixed Mint (MNH/MH) condition as shown in the scan(s). Scans are part of the description; but, please ask questions for clarification if needed. Stamp catalog numbers and values can change dramatically over time, so please ask questions.
#s 2475 - 2477, 2481 - 2482, and 2484 - 2486 are MH; the rest (including SS) are MNH.
Seller's note: Most stamps are sound. Howev...er, occasionally, on album pages such as this, there could be a stamp stuck to the page, hinge thin, or other tiny defect. As always, if substantial defects that are not identified in the listing are found, please contact me for settlement/refund.
Handling & Shipping Charge: USA: I will combine all lots won within a two week period, and charge only the highest H&S charge of all lots won, paid for, and shipped in one transaction. I expect and request payments within a two week period. Please feel free to accumulate more purchases within that time frame. I generally use eBay shipping labels, with tracking, for proof of shipment/delivery. USA bidders: Buy, pay, and ship $100 or more in one transaction (within the two week period) and the H&S charge will be waived.
Out of country sales: I subscribe to eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP). If you live within a country that participates in the GSP, I will ship there pursuant to the rules of the GSP. If you live within a country that is not a GSP participant, an additional $15 will be charged for registration fees and to cover costs. I will ship via eBay's Global Shipping Program as a first priority, and only to those countries outside the GSP provided buyer pays for and accepts registered mail. Other suggestions for shipment may be considered - please contact me prior to placing a bid. Small packages without tracking/insurance can be shipped solely at the risk of the buyer. Seller will provide a USPS Certificate of Mailing to prove seller's shipment to buyer, and seller accepts no risk thereafter. Please inquire.
Returns: USA: Large lots with many stamps included are not accepted as returns, as there simply isn't enough time to personally inspect every stamp within large lots/accumulations. Please consider this as you place a bid. I will accept returns for single stamps, single sets, and similarly sized lots, in which I have made an error. The listing will indicate if returns are accepted for that lot. International lots can not be returned.
Feedback: I will leave feedback once payment is rec'd and the item(s) has/have been prepared for shipment. This will give you, the buyer, the communication that lets you know the order is on it's way, and is appreciated. Buyers, would you please return the feedback favor?
