Antique, finely decorate Chinese enameled, silver plated, covered box - Qing period, circa 1870
The box is finely decorated with colorful enamel on the hinged lid depicting a seated figure of a Chinese man under a tree, the wide sides are decorated with an elaborate cloud design in various shades of blue - the narrow sides in white enamel
The lid is also signed with Chinese characters - signature reads: YI JING , QUAN BOO , YIN YUE
The box is in a very good condition for the a...ge - some losses to silver plating visible inside - mild age ware - please view all detailed pictures
It measures 11.8 cm wide x 8 cm deep x 3.8 cm tall - weight is 330.8 grams
