This 14K Goldfilled Men's Vintage PULSAR LED Watch (in its Original Box with Original Booklets and Instructions) has a very good appearance with just a few very slight cosmetic scratches on its gold case. The ruby red face/display shows no marks and "Pulsar" etched/printed in the lower right corner is clear and legible. The item was purchased in the mid-1970s but only used for several years. It has been in storage ever since.
The back of the case ...reads "Time Computer, Inc. USA"..."14K goldfilled"… "Pulsar"… "243599". When working properly, the "Pulsar Auto/Command" feature flashes the time at the flick of your wrist. Pushing one button gives the time to the exact second and pushing the other button gives the month and date. It has a "Smart Calendar" and is shock resistant and water resistant to a depth of 100 feet.
Included are the well-worn original leather band marked "PULSAR" on the back with the original gold-colored Pulsar clasp/buckle, a second stainless steel Pulsar clasp/buckle, and a replacement leather band which is in good condition. No gold bracelet is provided. Also, no horseshoe setting magnet is included because this model has the "new and simplified setting system" which relies solely on the use of the buttons.
Also included are the original brochure dated August 1975 ("Changing the way the world tells time"), general operating instructions, instructions for the Auto/Command function, and special instructions for the Auto/Set system. All are in good to very good condition.
The original box is plastic with leather-like trim on the outside and the inside, which also includes a velvet-like insert. It is in very good condition.
