You are bidding on a mid1950’s, US Air Force 433rdTroop Carrier Wing Patch. The patch isin a used but good condition with some signs of wear and age. The patch is 4”inch in height and length, fully embroidered with a cut edge. On 18 May 1955, the 433rd Troop Carrier Wing was reactivated and headquartered at Brooks, AirForce Base, San Antonio, TX flying the Curtis C-46 Commandos. Bythe mid-1960s, the wing was moved to Kelly AFB, San Antonio, TX and flying global ai...rlift missions in Douglas C-124Globemaster II and the Lockheed C-130A Hercules.
