The clock features a rococo boulle shape style design with beautiful floral decorations around the sides and face all of which are in excellent condition. The bracket clock is in excellent condition with a hinged glazed front door which has a push pin catch to hold it in place, the clock has good proportions and has an amazing display look as im sure you can see from the picturesThe Clock Measures on its bracket - 20 inches high x 9 inches wide x 4 inches deepThe Itself Measures - 14.75 inches high x 8.5 inches wide x 3.75 inches deepDialThe clock has a 5 inch diameter brass and cartouche dial which has roman numerals on the cartouches. The dial has various engraved decorations to the centre of the dial all in excellent condition, the dial is protected by its glazed front doorMovementThe movement is a Swiss 8 day bell striking movement with a anchor escapement which is in working order keeping good time and striking as it should on the half past and the hours.
