Early vintage 16mm film...14" reel that has footage on 12" of that so I would guess the footage to be about a half hour long. Black and white. Film is in good condition.
I believe the Mouse to be an early version of Mickey Mouse, but again; I am really not familiar with this genre.
**Please note that I was not able to play this through as it has been put back on the reel incorrect. I took some still images for you to get a better idea of it.
I really... do not know anything about this as I picked it up in a box lot of films from an old estate sale. It does not have any vinegar smell. Other than that I really don't know anything else. I also do not know if it has sound.
