Neat set of schwinn style crossbrace handlebars. These came on my '41 Schwinn when I bought it. It appears the crossbar is not chromed, but polishes up nicely. Crossbrace is not welded. Two hidden holed drilled underneath, possibly for wiring? Please feel free to ask questions.
