Original Description:
This vintage spring raincoat with matching hat is absolutely adorable! I have never seen one nearly as cute as this one!I think it is from the 40’s or 50’s. It has shoulder pads which make me think 40’s. It is a swing coat and very forgiving. I wear a size small or sz. 6. Because of the style I think it could fit up to a size 8 or down to a sz. 4.The fabric is blue grey ground with a white and gold pattern. (LOOK AT ALL PHOTOS AS IT APPEARS TO BE BLUE GREY WITH WHITE ONLY IN SOME... PHOTOS.) The fabric on cuffs and lining inside the front is a companion pattern. The coat is lined. It has slash pockets which are shown in photos.The fabric content is not on the garment. If I had to guess I would say a rayon blend.It is in very good condition. One button is missing. I do not see any stains. The right shoulder seam of the lining only has come unstitched. There is a small 1/2” tear in the lining only.
