Vintage Adirondack or Maine Trapper Style Packbasket - Nice Bellied Shape. The bellied ones are not as common because they are harder to make, and require more skill.Constructed of the preferred Brown Ash splint. A good piece! Height is 19 1/2". The "throat" measures 13 1/2 X 11 1/2" . Condition wise - exceptionally good overall. Has been well cared for and stored in a clean, dry place as witnessed by the complete absence of decay or dry rot.There is evidence on two bottom corners of ...some rough handling as can be seen in the last two pics (11 & 12).
