Bought an estate of long time Go Kart racer and 1974 National Champion. He had many vintage high performance parts including this (I think late 90s) IAME 100cc 3 port cylinder head with piston. I'm not a go kart expert at all so I asked a professional and he tells me it's for a Parilla TT38. It appears to be in good shape with no visible damage or cracks. Piston moves freely inside cylinder. It may fit other engines but I'm not sure. I'm sure he used it but it doesn't look very worn at... all. Sorry I don't have more info.
