My Late Father in law, who passed away many years ago, was a watch repairer for most of his life. This lot of sales, I’m undertaking is for his stock of movements and some wristwatches.SPARES OR REPAIRS! PICTURES SHOW CONDITION.
This Sale is for a Vintage Swiss Baylor Ana Digital LCD Watch, with ESA 900 231 Movement. Also i...ncluded is a Microma part watch with a part 900 231 movement.I’ve looked into these watch movements and they are SUPER RARE. Usually fitted to high end watches likeHeuer Carrera Twin TimeHeuer Verona Twin Time Heuer 1000 Diver.Breitling Cosmos GMT Breitling Navimeter Jupiter 2300Breitling Navimeter 2100Breitling Navimeter 2400And many more.
This is a Original Late 1970s Swiss Expensive MovementFitted some pack batteries, Set the Digital side. The Date and seconds show with 1 button and the stop watch and dual time with the other. With the Analogue side Nothing happens. The hands turn manually with the crown but the hands don’t move with the battery installed.AFTER 10 MINUTES THE LCD STARTED GOING CRAZY FLASHING DIFFERENT NUMBERS AND THE BUTTONS REFUSED TO STOP IT. I REMOVED THE BATTERIES AND RE INSTALLED THEM AND EXACTLY THE SAME HAPPENED AFTER ONLY A COUPLE OF MINUTES.GOOD FOR PARTS OR REPAIR.The other movement is just bits I found In a tin of parts and recognised it as the same.Update! More parts for the microma case found and will be included.
Doesn’t work so sold for parts.
I have no real knowledge of what I’m selling, in fact I will go as far as to say that I know nothing about any of these pieces.
So All Watches and Movements are sold for Parts or Repair!
