Up for sale is a rare and beautiful antique 18s Aurora 15 jewel high grade pocket. It was made in 1886 for Mermod Jaccard & Co. St. Louis Mo. and has a beautiful hunter's case. This watch is in very good condition!
Movement: This watch runs great and keeps very good time. The beautiful lever set high grade movement is in very good condition. It has 15 jewels, adjusted, has a high grade regulator, and marked Mermod Jaccard. This movement is all original and has all matching... serial numbers including the balance bridge and balance wheel.
Dial: The original double sunk dial is in nice condition.
Case: The beautiful gold filled Hunter case is nicely decorated and in very good condition, apart from few dents. Great lift spring! The covers open and close as they should. This beautiful watch is ready to display or carry! This case is not the original but it is correct.
