Vintage Realistic TR-802 Model 14-928 8-Track Tape Cartridge Recorder.
This item was tested and works well. The only flaw is that the tape counter does not work. I looked into it and it turns out its a semi common occurrence with these as it is a cracked gear on the counter.
I tested this 8 track recorder fully including the record function. Every (except counter) worked as it should.
The fast forward and eject and pause buttons all work properly. The VU meter gauges work as t...hey should.
The sliders work well and unit responds normally.
The dolby, continuous, repeat, auto-stop and auto-stop each buttons all work normally.
I recorded over a commercial cassette using the front mic inputs (both of them) and got to listen to my voice in cool vintage sound.
This player weighs about 11 pounds before packaging and will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
