For sale is an early vintage 1952 Rolex Datejust reference 6105 wristwatch. These early Rolex Datejust watches are very collectible. This particular model was made in 1952 but somewhere along the line Rolex replaced the dial and hands with an updated dial and hands from for later models. So they are "service" dial and hands. It still is considered original. It comes with its original two tone flat links bracelet dated the fourth quarter of 1953. The back is a screw on big bubble back t...hus nicknamed "Ovettone" Rolex. The crown is original signed Super Oyster however it no longer screws in. The watch also has the original acrylic crystal (polished and cleaned), all red calendar disc, big logo clasp, and a caliber A296 movement with 18 jewels. The watch condition overall is very good for its age and looks fantastic. The watch runs great and will come with a one year written warranty directly from our shop. The case measures 26 mm in diameter w/out the crown and the lug size is 20 mm.
