It is completely ready for a road trip andhas just been serviced. We would not hesitate to get on the road and goanywhere in this RV. We just put 4 brand new tires on... it and the other two are late 2013 and in great condition. There are noleaks! It is built on a Chevy Workhorse 8.1 Liter Vortec fuel injected engine. Both the dash AC and the ducted roof ACs blow ice cold. Theinterior and exterior very clean and in really nice condition! It has a very warm, inviting, home-style décorand nice wood cabinetry. It is full body paint. This coach is very easy to drive. The rubber roof is in excellent condition. All of the appliances, generator, everything work as they should. This coach has alot to offer! It comes complete with everything to get you started on the road.Storage is everything when you travel and this coach is loaded with outsidebasement storage. You will not be disappointed. Condition - We have clear title in hand. There is nothing that needs addressing before an extended road trip that we are aware of. We just had this coach serviced and it runs and drives amazing! This coach has been very well maintained!! It is sitting on 4 brand new tires, the remaining 2 tires are late 2013 and in great condition. The Onan Marquis Gold generator has 1189 hours, fires right up and runs great! The large side-by-side refrigerator works perfect and we will have it cold when the buyer picks up the coach. The dash air as well as both centrally ducted roof airs blow ice cold. The rubber roof is in excellent condition and there are no leaks. This is a very well built, solid motorhome. The systems are in great working order. The awning is in great shape. The overall appearance of the coach is so nice and very clean!! We would like to mention that the left rear hydraulic leveling jack is bent, however it does work. The backup monitor works good, but sometimes you have to jiggle one of buttons to get it to show the picture. You will not be disappointed! If you have been looking for very long and compare this to other coaches of this year you will be pleasantly surprised by its condition and features! This is a 2005 so we do not claim that there are no cosmetic issues here and there. WE encourage and anyone to call with any questions, or clarifications.
