Additional Details: Official poster designed and created for the tennis tournament held at Roland Garros French Open every year. The poster is a limited edition of 2000. First edition, unsigned and not numb...ered. Mild waviness in the poster, probably from exposure to humidity.For this poster, Monory used the three primary colors, applied vigorously from top to bottom. On his canvas � in which certain fans of 1970s tennis will recognize the silhouette and fingers of former player Zeljko Franulovic, who is today the director of the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters � the painter deliberately opted for Vegas-style spotlight lettering.
